Shipping

Everything we ship goes from a US warehouse with tracking. Here’s what to expect.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't currently ship internationally, or to PO boxes for oversized items — if a deal has a shipping restriction, it's stated on the product page before you buy.

How long it takes

Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery is typically 3–7 business days after that, depending on where you are. Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday start processing the next business day.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the item's size and weight and your address. You'll see the exact cost — along with tax and your order total — before you enter any payment details. We never add fees after that screen.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking number the moment your order ships. You can also see the status of every order any time under Account → Orders.

If something goes wrong in transit

Packages occasionally get lost or arrive damaged. If that happens, tell us within 15 days of the delivery date and we'll replace the item or refund you — we handle the carrier claim, not you.
